the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for us as a couple. Another downside was the lackluster breakfast, which did not live up to the hotel's higher price range.

Although we had high hopes for the SPA, we were disappointed by its small size, limiting our relaxation options during our stay. Unfortunately, the receptionist at the hotel left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service, as she was rude and had difficulty communicating in English.

This hotel is a luxurious option that fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the service provided was outstanding, making me feel pampered with every interaction. the Spa & wellness center was a standout point, offering a range of indulgent treatments from body scrubs to full, body massages. the Spa lounge was a serene oasis, perfect for some much, needed relaxation. the indoor swimming pool and sauna added to this hotel's luxurious offerings. the garden area was a peaceful retreat, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

Regardless, the restaurant and bar areas were satisfying, with in, room breakfast and special diet menus available.

This venue fulfilled my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness center, and Turkish bath. the garden area was serene, adding a peaceful touch.

The only minor issue I experienced was the slow service at the bar/lounge area during the day. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff who offered an apology and complimentary drink.

My recent stay at Cher Hotel&Spa Istanbul Beyoglu was a good experience. The location was ideal, being close to the bustling streets of Taksim yet still quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities were impeccably clean and well maintained. The receptionist, Mohammed Ali, were really good too ensure my comfort and safety when I fell ill. The spa staff provided excellent service, although a bit more training on customer service would be beneficial. The breakfast, although not the best for the hotel's price, was satisfactory. I highly recommend Cher Hotel&Spa Istanbul Beyoglu for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was near all the tourist locations. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, with great facilities and ample parking spaces. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their face. We especially appreciated the help and kindness of Dilan, the guest relations manager, who made our trip one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The breakfast was delicious and the spa was a amazing experience. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully set out. this hotel provided us with a nice and enjoyable experience.

Staff very helpful. Front desk manager went above and beyond to assist when guest was sick. Junior suite nice for families. Breakfast buffet good. Shuttle service to city center beneficial.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. The junior suite was perfect for my family, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Another aspect that I really appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to assist me , making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. the breakfast buffet provided a delicious variety of options to start my day off right.
